We deliver across Pakistan. While we aim for timely dispatch, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
If a product is defective or incorrect, you may request a replacement within 2 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or defective.
We are not liable for any damages arising from the use—or inability to use—our website or products. This includes indirect, incidental, or consequential losses such as lost profits or business disruptions.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved through the appropriate Consumer Court of Pakistan.
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.
To ensure a trustworthy shopping experience, xPart.pk follows strict order confirmation procedures. Unfortunately, we frequently encounter fake orders, which result in financial loss.
To mitigate this:
Low-value orders may require advance payment of delivery charges only.
High-value orders are eligible for Cash on Delivery, with verification.
Customer Security Tip: You can verify our business on FBR's official website and view our Google rating for added assurance.

At xPart.pk, we aim to make warranty claims straightforward and customer-friendly. However, because we deal in delicate mobile parts, we must adhere to the policies set by international suppliers and factories.
Important Notes:
To start a claim, complete the Warranty Claim Form.
After submission, a claim number will be emailed to you.
Our After-Sales Team will verify your eligibility via WhatsApp.
📦 Replacements take 5–7 business days. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
đźš« Only LCD Panels and Batteries carry a factory warranty. Other parts are new, tested, and only replaced if the wrong item is sent.
⚠️ Items returned damaged or used may be ineligible for replacement.
📝 If the error lies with the customer (wrong order placed), and a return is accepted, a 25% handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
Please ensure all order details are accurate. Contact our customer service team for any clarification before placing your order.
Despite our best efforts to manage inventory, occasional stockouts may occur due to high order volumes or delays from suppliers.
If a product becomes unavailable after payment, you have two options:
Partial Fulfillment: Receive available items now, and get the remaining ones delivered later with no extra shipping fee.
Refund: Receive a full or partial refund via EasyPaisa, SadaPay, or Online Banking within 3–4 working days.
