
At xPart.pk, we are committed to your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our mobile parts. However, due to the technical and sensitive nature of these items, we have outlined a clear and fair Return & Replacement Policy.
You may request a replacement under the following conditions:
The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
You received the wrong item.
You reported the issue within 2 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return or replacement, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
The warranty seal, if any, must be intact.
The return request must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required.
⚠️ Items showing signs of use or physical damage are not eligible for return or replacement.
The following items are not eligible for return unless you receive the wrong item:
Tempered Glass
Adhesives, Glues, and Liquid Solutions
Tools and Repair Kits
Flex Cables (unless proven defective upon delivery)
Items damaged due to improper installation
To request a return or replacement:
Contact us via WhatsApp or email at Info@xPart.pk within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Fill out the Return Form provided by our team.
Once approved, return the product to our address as directed.
After inspection, we’ll either:
Send a replacement of the same item, or
Issue a store credit if the product is out of stock.
⏱ Processing time: 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.
If the product is defective or wrongly sent, xPart.pk will bear the return shipping cost.
If the issue is due to customer error (e.g., wrong item ordered), the customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways.
In such customer-error cases, a 25% handling fee will be deducted from any eligible refund or credit.
We recommend recording a video while unboxing the parcel for quicker resolution in case of any issues.
Items returned without approval or after the return window may not be accepted.
